Step 2 - Appointment Prep and Liability Agreement
Before your detail:
Please ensure all valuables and personal items are removed from the vehicle, including center console and glovebox. We will not clean compartments with personal items still inside.
For liability purposes, car seats (and booster seats) must be removed from the vehicle prior to arrival.
Please ensure that your vehicle's battery is in good condition to mitigate the risk of depletion.
Ensure the vehicle is on your driveway and clear from any obstructions.
Please note that working power / water hookups must be provided by the client.
If there is anything you'd like us to be aware of, such as specific areas we should avoid, please notify us upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
Customers must provide at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of $40.
